2024 SML Charity Home Tour Online Ticket Sales

When? October 11-12 (10 AM - 5 PM) and October 13 (1 PM - 5 PM)

Visit eight private homes by car or boat • Free parking and docking • Tickets valid all three days • One visit per home • Tour held rain or shine

The official SML Charity Home Tour Guide will be available after Labor Day weekend at www.smlcharityhometour.com and at the Smith Mountain Lake Visitor Center. Tour Guides will also be available at Tour homes during Tour weekend.

Note 1: Paper tickets are available for purchase with cash or check at the Smith Mountain Lake Visitor Center located in Bridgewater Plaza, Moneta, VA from June 16 - October 12.

Note 2: A Convenience Fee to cover credit card processing fees and TicketSpice services ($0.99 per ticket plus 2.9% card fee plus $0.30 per transaction) will be added to each ticket for E-Ticket purchases. This ensures that 100% of the proceeds benefit our tour's charities.

Note 3: There is no coupon code available for this event.

$30: June 16 through October 6 (Online or at the SML Visitors Center)
$35: Tour Week - October 7 - October 13 (Online, SML Visitors Center thru Saturday hours)
$35: Tour Weekend - October 11 through October 13 at all Tour Homes

Terms & Conditions

The SML Charity Home Tour will adhere to the guidelines of the Virginia Department of Health during Tour weekend. More information can be found on our website.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Tour homes are not handicap accessible nor ADA compliant; handicapped parking is available.
Access from the street or the waterfront may require a steep climb, sometimes without railings.
No smoking, food, beverages, pets, children under 12, babies in arms/carriers, or high-heeled shoes
Absolutely no photography inside the homes.
Must park in designated areas. If you have questions, please seek assistance from volunteers.

Ticket holder agrees not to hold the SML Charity Home Tour, Inc. or the Homeowners liable for any injuries or property damage incurred while participating on the Tour. Questions? Please see www.SMLCharityHomeTour.com.
