2026 SML Charity Home Tour Online Ticket Sales
When is the Tour? October 9-10 (10 AM - 5 PM) and October 11 (1 PM - 5 PM)
Visit eight private homes by car or boat* • Free parking and docking • Tickets valid all three days • One visit per home • Tour held rain or shine
Special Event: Raise a Glass for Charity Wine and Food Pairing with a Limited Auction on Wednesday, October 7th from 4:00-7:00 pm at the Suite Retreat at 400 Backcove Dr in Moneta.
Sample some fantastic wines and specially-paired delectable small bites, enjoy a fun and relaxing waterfront sunset, and perhaps return home with an auction treasure after touring the 2026 Wilson House next door. Tickets also provide access to the other 7 Tour Homes during Tour Weekend.
Tickets are online purchase only at $125 each. Only 80 tickets will be sold for this special event, so don’t delay, because when they’re gone, they’re GONE!
*Special information: Some homes may require a steep walk from the dock or a long walk on the driveway to reach the house. For details on specific homes, please refer to the SML CHT Guidebook when it is available. Shuttles will be used to transport visitors from parking to the Pecoraro, Schifferli, and Wilson homes.
*Special Notice for the 2026 Home Tour ... UNFORTUNATELY, THE LAKE WATER LEVEL CONTINUES TO BE TOO LOW FOR BOATERS TO SAFELY USE THE DOCKS FOR THIS YEAR'S SMITH MOUNTAIN LAKE CHARITY HOME TOUR, SO ALL EIGHT HOMES' DOCKS WILL BE CLOSED TO BOATING TRAFFIC. IMPORTANTLY, THE DOCKS ARE STILL OPEN FOR VISITORS TO SEE BY FOOT, SO BE SURE TO STROLL DOWN TO THE DOCKS AND TAKE A LOOK WHILE YOU ARE OUT ENJOYING THE TOUR.
The official SML Charity Home Tour Guidebook will be available after Labor Day at local businesses, at the SML Visitors Center at Bridgewater Plaza (16430 Booker T Washington Hwy, Moneta), and at smlcharityhometour.com. Tour Guidebooks also will be available at all Homes during Tour Weekend.
Note 1: If you prefer, you may purchase paper tickets with cash or check at (a) the Smith Mountain Lake Visitor Center, located at Bridgewater Plaza, Moneta, VA from Monday, June 15 - October 10, and (b) at all Tour Homes October 9-11.
Note 2: All online ticket purchases will have a Convenience Fee added to cover credit card processing fees and TicketSpice services (equal to $0.99 per ticket plus 2.9% card fee plus $0.30 per transaction; the amount is displayed before an order is placed). We appreciate your understanding that this ensures that 100% of ticket proceeds benefit the Tour's charities.
